End User License Agreement (generic for all Oakbox Productions services)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Oakbox Productions, a company registered in the Netherlands ("Oakbox Productions"), for the use of the software provided by Oakbox Productions. By using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

License Grant:

Oakbox Productions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software provided by Oakbox Productions. The copyright to the software remains with Oakbox Productions.

Intellectual Property:

Except where otherwise noted, the copyright to the software resides with Oakbox Productions.

Disclaimers:

The software is provided "as is," without any warranties. Oakbox Productions disclaims any liability for damages resulting from the use of the software.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Netherlands.

Termination:

Oakbox Productions reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Oakbox Productions regarding the use of the software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. This Agreement may be amended only in writing signed by both parties.
